On a breezy evening, a Toastmasters speaker began with his words, "From a dot, everything begins. From a dot, a line is born, then waved to form shapes. Shapes that mold into letters, giving birth to words, sentences, and essays, in which they could present knowledge. Knowledge that can become wisdom."

Inspired by what has been said, BacDot saw the light of day.

A dot does not mark an end, but the beginning of a new horizon. Paired with leadership, it highlights any sole thing that influences someone toward change. The change can ripple. It could inspire others to do something, giving a chance for us to be the dot in others’ lives. Just like a bacterium, which multiplies over and over the moment conditions are met. Only that the dangerous aspect remains: either it comes out corrupted, and the multiplication causes additional damage, or the complete opposite!

Taking the opposite, positive side, we chose such a micro insect to represent the beacon of change:
BacDot.

As a means to empower the dot in every leader, BacDot will be dedicated to sharing leadership information that will hone better leaders for the sake of making its members become one too.
