that such a phrase has become rare. Barely anyone is brave enough to say it out loud. And yet, in the very few times that someone did believe in me, they lit new beginnings in my soul.
Ones that made me:

An entrepreneur, a speaker, and a leader who is passionate
about the realm of influence.

I am the founder and leader of Deadot, a small game development studio with a passionate team that aims to embed meaning into the things we play. I am also a speaker in Toastmasters, where I have participated in the Lebanese improv championship and been part of a club's executive committee. On top of that, I have founded BacDot. A brand that will hopefully aid leaders and entrepreneurs in their journey.

This company was built for two main reasons:
a. Richard Feynman once said, "If you cannot explain something in simple terms, you do not understand it." Leadership mastery requires teaching back what we know, and BacDot will be my medium to do so.
b. Sparking influence in leaders to become better is the second aim. For if a leader can build a positive culture where their members get the chance to feel good and safe, then that same energy will be taken back home; to their children, partner, parents, friends, or whoever they may interact with. Allowing that positive influence to spread across the world, bit by bit.

I am Fadel Al Abbass, and with you, we are the dots that will connect this world.
